1. When Will My Order Ship?
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can track your order directly.
2. How Can I Track My Order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account on our website and view your order status under “My Orders.”
3. What Is Your Return Policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at info@tinylemonscrubs.com. We will guide you through the return process.
4. How Do I Exchange An Item?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Are Customized Or Embroidered Items Returnable?
Customized or embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.
7. Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
8. What If My Item Arrives Damaged Or Incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@tinylemonscrubs.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
